"We happened to find Ondaytrip website when our train from Austria to Germany got cancelled because of the strikes. We learnt about that on the day of our travel and had very few alternatives: it was either to rent a car for 500€, book a flight for 400€ per person or wait until the strikes are over and lose the hotel booking in Munich for 700€. Ondaytrip was a real life savor. It was my first time using this service but I am 100% satisfied with the whole experience. The website itself looks great and is very easy to operate, the support team was extremely quick and efficient with responses; the car was on time and very clean, the driver was polite and even prepared a bottle of water for us for the long trip from Innsbruck to Munich. Giving that the team found the car for us in a couple of hours - I’d rate the service of Ondaytrip as 10 out of 10. Highly recommend! Also, they have options of sightseeing along the way - we didn’t try it, but it looked very exciting! "
