"This entire experience taught me a lot about great customer service. Jan was incredibly helpful and cheerful and both these are valuable for visitors trying to find their way around a new city. Since this was my first experience with MyDayTrip it made me very appreciative of the company. I am not sure if all the drivers are as genuine and nice as Jan or if he is an exception. But, having had this experience I am very likely to recommend this company to my family and friends who are traveling and need transportation. "Evening Marketa I have to say I was so impressed with your company from the initial correspond through to being dropped of in Prauge. It is always a worry when you book something on line from opposite ends of the world but Day Trip ecceeded expectations. Alex was prompt on his pick up , he insisted that he put our ( very heavy) suitcases in the car. We felt both comfortable and safe on the road the whole time which included driving through a very heavy snowfall. Alex explained about the geography and history of the countries we drove through. We stopped for a break at a German McDonald's, a real experiece for us. Alex was courteous and friendly, It was great to sit back and enjoy the drive. We investigated the easiest and most cost effective way to get from Innsbruck to Prague; your company offered the best solution. We would be happy to endorse daytrip for any promotional material if needed. Thanks again for an excellent experience in travel. Kind regards Jonathon"
