"Telmo saved the day for us! He contacted me the evening before our trip, and during the exchange he asked me if I had a reservation for the winery. I told him that I did not, as I was never informed that I would need to do it (I was under the impression it would be arranged by Daytrip). He told me not to worry, that in case we could not get a tour at Bacalhoa he knew of other wineries on the way. We arrived at Bacalhoa just prior to their opening time, and the only tour available was a tour that was to last longer than our 2-our stop. Telmo told us that he was fine with the extra time, as he was our driver for the day and he did not want us to miss our experience. We ended up extending our day by about 30 minutes, which was fine with us and fine with Telmo. Telmo is a very experienced driver, excellent communicator and provided us with lots of local knowledge and general conversation on our long drive. His car was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had a very relaxing and pleasant experience on our drive from Lisbon to Cordoba. We would highly recommend Telmo for future transfers!"
