"Awesome trip. We had a stop off at Chitchen Itza. It was very crowded but he smartly let us off right before the driving entrance and waited for us there. We walk about a half mile to the site entrance and we're able to get out super quickly when we met him afterwards. Safe, efficient and friendly trip. He gave us some good advice about Valladolid as well. Would definitely book again."

"Happy to provide this feedback. Gerardo V. was terrific, picked us up at the airport right on time. Actually, we were a few minutes late getting through customs so I called him on his cell, he answered promptly, and he assured us he was waiting for us outside. Gerardo’s English was good but since my wife and I speak some Spanish and wanted to practice he was happy to converse with us in the language of our choice. We talked mostly in Spanish throughout the two-hour ride from Mérida to Valladolid, and in addition to the excellent transportation service Gerardo gave us lots of useful information about things to do and see in Yucatán and also was happy to converse with us about other subjects. All in all it was a very positive experience, very well worth the expense. Thanks."
