"Elenes exceeded our expectations!! He went out of his way to provide us a 5-star transfer. For example, he wasn't permitted to drive his vehicle to our rental apartment because of the restricted zones. Knowing that we had six pieces of luggage for our 75-day trip, he volunteered to walk down and help us bring the luggage uphill to his vehicle, nearly half-mile away. And, he took the two heaviest pieces!! Elenes speaks several languages, is highly educated, and has an immense and eclectic set of skills and interests. As sociable as he is professional, his talent for making customers comfortable is second to none. Bottom line, we'd love to travel with him again."
