"I had never heard of your company before and was hesitant to book, but am definitely glad I did! When a train transfer from Obidos to Sintra was impracticable, we booked a driver with you. We were pleasantly surprised when Claudia was there right on time (even a bit early) had parked right outside of our hotel within the medieval walls (a challenge for most drivers) and assisted us with our luggage. The trip could not have been better. Claudia gave up tips for the upcoming cities we were visiting and was very helpful and informative. When we arrived in Sintra our guest house was located off a pedestrian street. Claudia parked nearby and instead of staying by the car and pointing to where we needed to go, got out if the car, wheeled one of our suitcases, and walked us to the door of our guesthouse. She clearly did not want to leave us in an unfamiliar city wandering about trying to find our guest house. What great service - she was wonderful and we would not hesitate to use her, or your service again."
