"I was really happy with the transfer from Palm Springs to LA Airport on 19 November 2024. The driver Michelle was very friendly and helpful. She was on time with the pickup and the whole process went very smoothly. I was greatly assisted by the fact that prior to the transfer Daytrip emailed me detailed information to assist with the arrangements including name and phone number of driver, description and number plate of vehicle, confirmation of pickup time etc. Also, I was impressed with how when we arrived at LAX Michelle made effort to ensure that she was dropping me off at the most convenient possible location for my airline check-in, so that I wouldn't have to walk a long distance with my luggage. I thought that was very considerate of her.
