"I booked a return trip from KL-Penang-KL. Both drivers (Shawn and Ken) were superb. I was traveling with my elderly dad and had indicated that he could be a little grumpy and the drivers need to be flexible. My dad actually handled the trip ok, but nevertheless the drivers were extremely kind and patient, never rushing us and always pleasant and super courteous with my dad and helping him in and out of the car. I had specified to make a few rest stops and the drivers timed them perfectly. Extra bonus with Ken being a Penangite so he could shoot the breeze with my dad who grew up in Penang. Although I grew up in Malaysia, I haven’t lived there in a while and it was invaluable to be able to seamlessly make the bookings via the app and have peace of mind. 100% recommend!"
