"Put in my incorrect email address and return trip date. Contacted customer service by email and phone. Response was almost immediate and correction was made immediately. Driver was fantastic. Contacted me when he was at pick up site. Was out of the vehicle to greet me in a very busy pick up point and helped my wife and myself into the vehicle."

We arrived a bit early to our pick up location and it was unfortunately raining while we had our luggage and not many locations to find shelter from the weather. Abimael checked in with us and was able to pick us up earlier than anticipated, getting us out of the weather quickly. He was very professional, kind, and offered recommendations of the area and lots of friendly conversation along the way. It was a great start to our vacation! "

We received a message from Oscar, our driver, the night before our pick up and he was on time and waiting for us at the hotel entrance the next morning. The decision was made to use Daytrip as an alternative to an organised tourist tour as the savings were approx 50%. The trip itself was straightforward and without incident.
