"We thoroughly enjoyed the day with Filip. Filip arrived on time to pick us up and the car was very clean and modern. His English was excellent and he was very polite and friendly. His driving was very good, and we felt safe. Even though we had a couple of delays at the borders, we arrived at our destination about on time. Filip was planning to drive back and be home for midnight, so hopefully he made it safely If I could offer anything as opportunities to improve, I would say the the diversion to Shkoder seemed a little odd as all we did was stop for lunch, and Filip was not really sure what we were there to see or do, so perhaps if he was briefed on the itinerary in advance we may have seen a little more. Certainly not a complaint though"
