"Filip was a great driver ... he stood outside my accommodation with a sign as he could not park in front of it due to parking restriction. In the rain, he helped me with my luggage. He had water for me in the car. He recommended interesting traditional snacks when we stopped. He made sure that no one took advantage of me. When we arrived at my accommodation, we found that the owner of the Air BnB had double booked. Filip patiently waited with me and helped me solve the problem, took me to the new place even though it ate into his time. I tipped him to make sure that he was not out of pocket as his family was waiting for him after he dropped me off."

"We're incredibly grateful for the service we received. We booked a very last minute request and had a confirmed booking within a few hours. The communication from Daytrip was fantastic and we were also very impressed with the flexibility, including adding two different sized car seats to the trip. Our driver, Martin, was extremely friendly, and we were surprised to see that the car not only had water and phone chargers but also wifi, which made us feel like we were travelling in luxury. We stopped off at some caves and Martin waited patiently as we waited for the group ahead of us to finish so we could have our tour. He explained many parts of the trip, including the border crossing process, which could have been confusing or stressful for us if we did not understand the context. All in all, you turned what could have been an extremely stressful and unpleasant situation into a very enjoyable and comfortable experience, and we will not hesitate to use your services in the future."

"Goran was early, and since I was also, we left. He drove safely. He was a tremendous help when we got to the first sightseeing site, Gadime Cave. It was not yet open, even though the posted signs said it would be. Fortunately, Goran called a local friend and advised him that it would open. We waited and it did. If Goran hadn't had the contact, I might have decided to continue without seeing the cave. The rest was just as positive. We had good conversation, including him telling me about the sights. He wore his mask the entire trip for safety. The car was clean and comfortable. It was as close to perfect as it can get."
