"Hello Team Daytrip, We just wanted to write to tell you what a wonderful job Andy did as our day trip driver. He arrived earlier than expected, and was waiting for us. When I approached him he was very friendly and extremely courteous. He helped us to the car with our luggage. He explained the trip before we began and what to expect. During our ride Andy was polite, generous, friendly and a wonderful conversationalist. He made the trip easy, comfortable, and a pleasure. He set our minds at ease when we passed through the Croatia border. Andy also recommended a few other travel destinations. It gave us some food for thought to consider the possibility of visiting these countries in the future. All in all, we understand why Andy has been with your company for the length of time that he has. He is a terrific asset to your network.
