"We were so impressed with the professionalism of our driver Julio. We were notified yesterday of a driver change and within the hour we’d received a warm and informative message from Julio - detailing the drive. He let us know the side tour we’d paid for was closed due to construction and kindly suggested several alternatives. This morning he kept us informed of his timing. When Julio arrived he had a very clear sign with my name on it! The car was spotless with water bottles for us already in place. Most important of all was that Julio was an excellent driver. We felt really safe with his driving skills on Mexican roads! When we arrived in Chetumal Julio helped us into the hotel (pouring rain) and also helped with translation issues as we checked in. He also followed up with a delightful thank you message- What a delightful gentleman! "
