Setting up our custom itinerary went very smoothly, with great communication and customer service. Our driver, Marek, was safe and responsible and very easy to converse with on our long day of travel. He was very informative about the landscape we passed through as we traveled from Switzerland to Austria. He stopped for photos and bathroom breaks without a single complaint, and he had a good sense of humor.
