The bus is the cheapest way to get from Venice to Rovinj. The Flixbus coach runs once a day, five times a week, excluding weekends.

Unfortunately, you can't take the bus on a Saturday or Sunday. And whichever day you do travel you're going to spend the entire day on the bus. The ride takes about nine and a half hours and requires a change.

If you're willing to put up with that, a ticket will cost 30 to 45 euros per seat.

One of the main attractions in Rovinj is St. Euphemia Cathedral. This baroque masterpiece is easy to spot; its soaring bell tower dominates Rovinj's skyline.
