Boleslawiec is known as the City of Pottery, having produced ceramics as far back as the 7th century, with the region’s sought after high-fired earthenware being produced from the late 15th century. Manufaktura has upheld the traditional, hand-made methods, to create original, functional and high quality ceramics that are as much at home in a cupboard as a museum.
