Ferrari winery

The Ferrari Winery, located in Trento, Italy is dedicated to the original methods of Giulio Ferrari, pioneer of the first Champagne-method wines.

About

Ferrari wine is one of the top sparkling wine producers in Italy, now producing nearly 5 million bottles of wine per year. It’s also responsible for roughly 25% of the sparkling wines produced in Italy. In 1902, Giulio Ferrari decided to create sparkling wines in Italy using the same method of champagne, thus changing the history of sparkling wines. All wines are produced exclusively from grapes grown in Trentino. The guided winery tour highlights the underground maze of millions of bottles of wines. These bottles, aged 4 to 5 years, are in the maturing process to transform Chardonnay and Pinot Nero into lovely sparkling wine. The tour ends with a glass of wine, where every bottle provides a unique experience. Come experience the award winning sparkling wine producer of the year!
