“my wife and I were a little nervous about using a company that we had no experience with.I found the app easy and I sent the company a couple of emails for clarification and they responded very quickly. Our driver Ivan turned up as expected and was a very pleasant person - the trip was 4 hours plus we stopped at a National Park - Ivan chatted the whole time and even bought us some local coffee for the experience. No hidden surprises and I would highly recommend this”
