"With blizzard conditions, Andrei drove ALL NIGHT from Munich to Passau to reach up perfectly on time for our pickup at our river cruise, and since one end of the entrance was blocked, he entered using the other, loaded us and our luggage onboard and had to carefully BACK OUT of the service road to get us on the highway.
Fortunately the roads to Munich were mostly cleared by then and he drove us smoothly and expertly to our destination.
I doubt he would have had much time for sleep as the 1-1/2 hour driven to pick us up had taken him 9 hours to get to us the night before.
Less committed and dedicated drivers probably would have stood us up with the weather as an excuse. We were so very fortunate to have Andrei!

We ran into a fairly big problem in Munich because of the International bicycle race and were not able to access our hotel.. He stayed with us and did everything humanly possible to try to get us to our hotel and when that was impossible, he found us a hotel lobby to sit in (it took about 2 hours) until the race was over.
