“Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Qualität des Services, den wir von Day Trip erhalten haben. Wir hatten zwei Fahrten mit Day Trip, am 31. August von Athen nach Lefkada und am 7. September von Lefkada zurück nach Athen. Beide Fahrten beinhalteten Stopps an landschaftlich reizvollen Orten in Griechenland. Beide Fahrer waren ausgezeichnet und entgegenkommend. Besonders möchten wir jedoch Panos Peppas hervorheben, der unser Fahrer von Lefkada nach Athen war. Panos war unglaublich nett und angenehm und bot herausragenden Kundenservice, der das Tragen unseres gesamten Gepäcks, die Bereitstellung von kaltem Wasser während der Fahrt, das Bereitstellen von Proteinriegeln, das Aushändigen von Informationsmaterial über den Korinthkanal (einen der landschaftlichen Stopps), das Nachschlagen und Weitergeben von Terminal- und Gate-Informationen für unseren Rückflug sowie das Bereitstellen eines Rezepts für Tzatziki umfasste.”

“Gonzalo von Daytrip war unser Fahrer und er war absolut großartig. Er hat alles gegeben, um uns zu finden, da unser Handysignal nicht besonders gut war. Geduldig wartete er in der Lobby auf unsere Ankunft, um uns vom Tulum Dreams Resort zu unserem anderen Hotel in Cancún zu bringen, eineinhalb Stunden entfernt, in der Nähe des Flughafens, vor unserem Heimflug. Er war höflich, respektvoll und freundlich. Er sorgte dafür, dass wir uns während der langen Fahrt wohl fühlten. Schnell und auf den Punkt. “Wir haben nach Optionen für einen Transfer von München nach Passau für eine Flusskreuzfahrt gesucht und sind auf DayTrip gestoßen. Wir fügten einen Stopp in Straubing hinzu, um uns die Beine zu vertreten und einen Happen zu essen. Es war eine charmante Stadt mit Weihnachtsmarkt auf dem Hauptplatz. Perfekt. Unglaublicher Catuna

“Meine Schwester und ich reisen mit unserer Mutter. Wir sind unterwegs von München nach Passau für eine Viking-Donau-Flusskreuzfahrt. Meine Schwester und ich sind weltweit gereist, also können wir uns an alles anpassen. Das Problem ist unsere Mutter. Sie kann ein wenig laufen, benötigt aber auch einen Rollstuhl und ist unglaublich anspruchsvoll. Zunächst dachten wir, wir könnten von München nach Passau mit dem Zug fahren und den Weg vom Bahnhof zum Schiff alleine bewältigen. Dann, als wir sahen, wie unbeholfen unsere Mutter auf den Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen in München war, erkannten wir, dass wir einen 'Plan B' brauchten. DayTrip und ihr charmanter, fähiger, unglaublich geduldiger Fahrer Catuna kamen uns zur Rettung. Dieser junge Mann hat uns wirklich den Tag gerettet. Wir wollten auf dem Weg in Regensburg zu Mittag essen. Er sprang einfach ein, als wäre er ein 'kleiner Bruder', der unserer Mutter beim Ein- und Aussteigen aus dem Van half, ihren Rollstuhl schob und so freundlich mit ihr sprach! Und als wir am geplanten Hafen ankamen, der sich in letzter Minute geändert hatte, blieb er bei uns und stellte sicher, dass wir genau am richtigen Ort ankamen. Catuna ist ein Star.
