"I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our driver, Paolo, was wonderful. He was on time and gave us a lot of information and history. He had a great sense of humor. When we got to Venice he helped with our luggage and walked us to the water taxi and even negotiated the fare for us. He is an asset to your team. "
