"Pros: -on time, friendly, came to find us at the hotel reception -grabbed suitcases right away and then took them inside at destination -good driver (speed, passing cars... okay) -made sure to say that if we wanted him to drive differently to let him know (but his driving was okay) -was very understanding and accommodating of bathroom breaks for one passenger who was rather unwell -was easy to engage in conversation and shared/explained about the area Cons: -none "
