"The trip with Darko R went very smoothly, he was very friendly, polite and professional. He was also knowledgeable and able to answer our random questions about Serbia and Bosnia, which was great. The side trip to Novi Sad was relaxing and enjoyable. The only thing I can think of was that he couldn't come to the reception of the hotel- but the particular hotel we were in (Mama Shelter) had some very strict/weird and opaque security measures so it wasn't something he could really control. He did call reception and explained in detail where to meet him though so it turned out fine in the end. "
