"Hi, sorry for the delay, but I’m happy for the opportunity to tell you how much we appreciated our trip with Carlos. We felt we were in good hands the whole way and Carlos is a very good and safe driver. He performed amazing feats in the narrow streets and alleys around our hotel in Granada! The sightseeing stop we made was very interesting and Carlos went along with us, as he had not see the Castillo de Bury al-Hammam before. Since no tour was offered in English, we were glad to have him with us to translate some of the tour guide’s comments. Options for lunch were very limited in Banos de la Encina, and we ended up eating at a service station which had outside tables and not too bad food. Another first for us! It turned out our hotel in Granada was impossible to access by car, but Carlos did the absolute best he could with the information we had, and dropped us off at a location where we could walk downhill to it with our bags. Incredibly, we saw him again later that evening on the street near our hotel and all agreed the best place to drop off for that hotel would just be right about where we were standing near the Plaza Nueva. The entire experience definitely earned five stars from us. "

"We had a very enjoyable trip from Toledo to Granada. Francisco was extremely professional, courteous, safe, and friendly. He was waiting for us when we exited our building, helped with the luggage (both departure and arrival), answered any questions that arose during the trip, and pointed out interesting sites along the way. The vehicle was comfortable and very nice. The side trip we took to Jaen was very interesting and enjoyable as well. I honestly cannot think of how the experience could have been improved.
