The French are also vehemently against snacking in between meals. You will find many restaurants won’t serve meals outside of mealtime, so from 3:00-6:00 PM you may only have the option to have tea. In addition to being passionate about their food, you’ll find the French rarely make deviations from their tried-and-true recipes. Do not expect restaurants to make major changes or substitutions to their meals.

“Ich habe nur gute Worte über unsere Erfahrung mit Ihrem Transportservice zu sagen. Unser Fahrer, Bernard B., kam pünktlich; in der Tat, eine Stunde vor unserer geplanten Abfahrt vom Best Western Hotel Neuville. Ich sah ihn schon am Morgen am Bordstein parken, dachte aber nicht, dass er es war! Die Fahrt war sehr angenehm und ruhig (keine abrupten Stopps, das ist beruhigend), sodass wir einschliefen und die Chance hatten, etwas dringend benötigten Schlaf zu bekommen. Als wir unser Ziel in Brügge erreichten, sorgte er dafür, den richtigen Bereich zu finden, um uns abzusetzen. Unser Hotel – das IBIS Budget Centrum Station – war ziemlich schwer zu finden, da es sich mehrere Stockwerke über dem Bodenniveau befand und es keinen einfachen Zugang gab.
