"Please do make a note about our driver from Krakow to Budapest, Michaelās file. He was THE most exceptional young man we have had the privilege to meet. I have some mobility issues that this far into our trip has flared up and he drove us right to the door at all stops and even managed to get special permission to drive me through part of the historic Slovenia village that I would not have been able to do and see if not for him! There are so many kind and caring things he did that would take another entire email to list but even at the drop off at our hotel he had noted the bridge crossing from one side of Budapest across the Danube to the other side was closed for construction so he checked with the desk to see where would be closest for me! He made sure everything was just as it should be for our checkin before he left and even left us his number in case we had a problem since he would be here overnight. He went so far above and beyond he is a true asset to your company.

We loved Slovakia, especially the castle. There wasn't much to see at the former "silver" town but we had a good lunch and a chance to stretch our legs.
