"Our trip with Harold was totally fantastic!! He pointed out really cool things along the way, explained the areas and types of trees as we passed by which was awesome. He was very friendly and a lovely person. The only minor comment I would have is that it took a few minutes to find him at the airport exit, so maybe just be sure to clarify that he is waiting across the street:).
