Fantastisk upplevelse med chauffören

“Vår chaufför Ibrahim var fantastisk. Han körde oss från Amman flygplats till Petra. Vårt flyg kom en timme tidigare och han väntade redan på oss när vi kom ut från flygplatsen. Han var hjälpsam, professionell och vänlig. Vi skulle gärna ha Ibrahim som chaufför igen och rekommenderar honom varmt.”

“Jag är så, så glad att jag råkade hitta den här webbplatsen för att boka två privata transporter under mitt besök i Lima, Peru. Båda var enkelresor på ungefär tre timmar. Kommunikation var utmärkt så fort allt var bokat via e-post, och sedan laddade jag ner deras app. Jag hade några problem med appen och kundtjänsten var fantastisk och hjälpte mig att lösa dem. Ärligt talat var kundservicen imponerande och gav mig en väldigt positiv känsla av att jag hade gjort rätt val. Båda förarna kom exakt i tid – inga problem alls! Rundtur genom Toscana

“Vi hade samma chaufför under vår tvådagarsresa i Toscana. Jag kunde själv planera vår resrutt så att vi kunde åka dit vi ville och se det vi ville se. Marco var fantastisk! Han öppnade dörrarna för oss och såg till att min mamma kunde ta sig in och ut ur bilen utan problem. Det fanns vatten i bilen för oss. Han var tidig när han hämtade oss båda dagarna och körde oss så nära städerna som möjligt. Han berättade vilken väg vi skulle ta för att komma in i städerna och skickade sedan sin plats till mig så att vi visste hur vi skulle hitta tillbaka till honom efter att ha gått runt på gatorna. Jag är så glad att jag bestämde mig för att boka en chaufför som tog oss genom Toscana. Det tog bort all oro och stress över att köra i en region jag aldrig hade varit i och där jag inte visste var man kunde parkera. Pengar mycket väl spenderade!”

Det var en fantastisk resa.

“Vi var mycket nöjda med kvaliteten på den service vi fick från Day Trip. Vi hade två resor med Day Trip: den 31 augusti från Aten till Lefkada och den 7 september från Lefkada tillbaka till Aten. Båda resorna inkluderade stopp vid natursköna platser i Grekland. Båda förarna var utmärkta och tillmötesgående. Vi vill dock särskilt uppmärksamma Panos Peppas, som var vår förare från Lefkada till Aten. Panos var otroligt trevlig och behaglig och levererade enastående kundservice, som inkluderade att han tog hand om allt vårt bagage, gav oss kallt vatten under hela resan, försåg oss med proteinbars, gav oss tryckt material om Korintkanalen (ett av de natursköna stoppen), tog reda på och gav oss terminal- och gateinformation för vårt flyg hem, samt gav oss ett recept på tzatziki.”

Malaga to Seville

“Our experience with Daytrip was excellent. They communicated with us well and helped us feel reassured at every stage of our planning. We had a transfer from Malaga Airport directly to our accommodation in Seville (2.5 hour drive). Francisco was waiting for us in the Arrivals area holding a sign with our name on it. He was a calm and careful driver while also answering our questions and pointing out interesting things along the way. He delivered us to the exact place we asked, even though it was a complicated part of old Sevilla. Due to COVID, we were reluctant to take the trains, so we appreciate this option. We will do this more often as it made our arrival so much easier and less hectic, especially after a long over-night flight! Highly recommend.”

Wonderful way to travel and to see the sights along the way

“We booked a car to take us from MÃ¡laga to Sevilla. Manuel showed up right on time and with a bigger vehicle than expected. He was very polite and helpful, loaded our luggage and even opened the doors for us every time. We made a tour stop in Ronda and he knew the area very well, having been there many times. He drove us first to the bottom of the hill for a fantastic view back up to the city (obviously not something a lot of people knew about as it wasnâ€™t very crowded there). He then made recommendations on things we should see in our limited time in the city. After our stop, we continued on the Sevilla. Manuel provided commentary on the areas we travelled through and played some lovely Spanish guitar music. He had water available for us in the car and answered any questions we had. The apartment we had booked in Sevilla was on a very narrow street in the middle of a maze in the old town. Manuel was able to find the location and helped us with our luggage at our destination. (Iâ€™m pretty sure we would never have been able to find it on our own!) We then booked a car to take us from Sevilla to Lisbon, Portugal. Again, our driver, Serafim, showed up right on time and was able to find us at our private apartment on the twisty narrow street in the old city. He, too, was very polite and helpful and helped us with our luggage. This time we made a tour stop in MÃ©rida. Serafim knew the area very well, having been there before. He then recommendations on things we should see in our limited time in the city and gave us the directions on how to get to the different locations. Again, after our stop, we continued on to Lisbon. Like our first trip, Serafim provided commentary on the areas we travelled through and answered any questions we had. He was even able to help us troubleshoot when our local phone stopped working after we crossed into Portugal (roaming was turned off.) The apartment we had booked in Lisbon was on a very narrow street in the middle of a maze in the old town. As Serafim is from Lisbon, he was able to find the location and helped us with our luggage at our destination. (As with our first trip, we would never have been able to find it on our own!) Though this service is more than a train or bus would cost, it is worth every penny. Great service and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and comfortable way to travel between cities. “Fizemos um transfer em junho de 2019 de Sevilha a Málaga com uma parada em Ronda. Desde o inicio a comunicação foi imediata e mesmo com trocas de endereços que nós fizemos, deu tudo certo. O motorista Samir, impecável: atencioso e pontual! No caminho nos foi dando informações sobre os lugares que passávamos. Super recomendo a Daytrip!”
