Xcaret Park

Xcaret is a theme park, water park, ethno village, and nature reserve all in one. This excursion is appropriate for all ages and all interests. Thrill seekers can ride jet skis on the open water and swing around on carnival rides. For a little relaxation, float down the lazy river that travels underground right into the sea. Xcaret also works hard to keep indigenous traditions alive with shows of dances and rituals from all over Mexico at its many theatres. Learn traditional Mexican recipes, make handicrafts, and even follow the chocolate-making process from bean to bar at the many workshops around the park. There are also many seasonal activities that highlight Mexican cultural traditions, especially around Dia de Los Muertos, or the Day of the Dead. Check ahead of time for a calendar of special events and if any workshops need pre-booking!
