“We booked a door-to-door ride with one stop from our villa in Sintra to our hotel in Albufeira. Our location was difficult to find, but our driver Ricardo arrived thirty minutes early to make sure he was in the right location and help us up the steep steps with our luggage. One of our travelers was not feeling well, and Ricardo made sure she was comfortable, provided water and stopped as needed to accommodate her. He pointed out unique scenery as we drove and would answer any questions we had about the history and culture of Portugal. He was also an excellent driver and I always felt that he was safe, courteous and attentive to the road. His English was excellent and he provided us with information about things to do in the area and on our future trip to Lisbon. I plan on using this service again when visiting the area and will be sure to request Ricardo. Thank you for an enjoyable ride!”
