"Hi, The trip was wonderful! Ramiro was exceptionally friendly & professional. He was very responsive via WhatsApp prior to our departure & arrived promptly with all necessary paperwork. He drove safely in relatively tough conditions (through the mountains). This was my first daytrip experience & I would definitely recommend/take another trip. One suggestion is to consider advising on delays around border control/accounting for that in the trip time. While the line was not very long (and sounded shorter than usual), it was a stop over 1.5 hours. Thanks, Kristen"
