“Zuerst und vor allem möchte ich sagen, dass Ihr Daytrip-Fahrer, Herr Soot S., von Anfang an sehr professionell war. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung, und Herr Soot S. wartete zusätzliche 45 Minuten auf uns, bis wir aussteigen konnten (ich hatte ihm persönlich geschrieben, als wir noch im Flugzeug saßen, um ihn zu informieren, worauf ich prompt die Antwort erhielt: „Kein Problem“, und er teilte mir mit, an welchem Gate er auf uns warten würde). Dann mussten wir unser Gepäck abholen. Selbst nach all dem war er nur am Lächeln und hielt ein Schild mit unserem Namen hoch (und wir waren sehr dankbar nach insgesamt 25 Stunden Flugzeit).
