“First and foremost I would like to say, that your Daytrip driver Mr.Soot S.,was very professional from the beginning. Our plane had a delay and Mr.Soot S. waited an addition 45 mins.for us to disembark.( I had personally text him while we were on the plane to inform him, in which I received a quick response of, no problem and the gate he would be waiting at for us.) Then we had to retrieve our luggage. Even after all that, he was nothing but smiles,holding a card with our name on it..(And we were grateful after a total of flying 25 hours.).
