“Vi var mycket nöjda med kvaliteten på den service vi fick från Day Trip. Vi hade två resor med Day Trip: den 31 augusti från Aten till Lefkada och den 7 september från Lefkada tillbaka till Aten. Båda resorna inkluderade stopp vid natursköna platser i Grekland. Båda förarna var utmärkta och tillmötesgående. Vi vill dock särskilt uppmärksamma Panos Peppas, som var vår förare från Lefkada till Aten. Panos var otroligt trevlig och behaglig och levererade enastående kundservice, som inkluderade att han tog hand om allt vårt bagage, gav oss kallt vatten under hela resan, försåg oss med proteinbars, gav oss tryckt material om Korintkanalen (ett av de natursköna stoppen), tog reda på och gav oss terminal- och gateinformation för vårt flyg hem, samt gav oss ett recept på tzatziki.”

Prisvärd och säker transport

“Gonzalo från Daytrip var vår chaufför och han var helt fantastisk. Han gjorde allt för att hitta oss eftersom vår mobiltäckning var dålig. Han väntade tålmodigt i lobbyn tills vi kom, så att han kunde köra oss från Tulum Dreams Resort till vårt andra hotell i Cancún, en och en halv timme bort nära flygplatsen inför vår hemresa. Han var artig, respektfull och vänlig. Han såg till att vi hade det bekvämt under hela resan. Snabb och effektiv. “Marianna hämtade oss för att köra oss från Heraklion till Chania. Vädret var hemskt, och på grund av detta kom Marianna några minuter sent. Hon kontaktade mig för att meddela det. Marianna bor i Chania och gjorde resan väldigt intressant genom att berätta om lokala sevärdheter och saker att göra i Chania. Marianna är en säker förare och vi kände oss alla trygga med både hastigheten och hur bra hon körde i det kraftiga regnet. Hon är en underbar person och talar flytande engelska. My new favorite way to travel

“The best experience ever. Instead of schlepping our luggage to the train station for 2 hour ride to the airport, we choose to use the private transfer. Our driver Luis picked us up from Coimbra to take us to Lisbon, with a stop in Tomar. What an amazing experience. Luis was really knowledgeable and really friendly. Kept us entertained and took wonderful care of us. Did research for us while we were exploring Tomar for a restaurant and spent extra time with us just to make us happy. It's a leisurely way to go from city to city especially with a large group of people. And if everyone is like Luis, this company is the way to go. ”

The best way to get from one city to another

“We booked Day Trip to pick a group of three from Lisbon and take us to Coimbra via a number of sites along the way. Nuno arrived promptly, looked after us perfectly. We visited Fatima, Leiria and Batalha on the way. If we had travelled by train, we would not have seen these wonderful towns, nor would we have had Nuno's informative commentary about the places we were visiting. Using Daytrip meant we were transported door to door, we did not have to worry about carting our luggage around and we saw bits of Portugal we would not otherwise have seen. Our experience with Paulo from Coimbra to Porto was equally wonderful. I could not recommend them more highly.”
