“We were very happy with the service we received, with the following highlights: 1. Ease of booking – clear prices, easy to use website 2. Clear communication, including a prompt response to my email advising a minor change to our pick-up instructions 3. Thoughtful touches such as providing us with not only the name and contact details of our driver, but also his photograph – VERY helpful when we disembarked our river cruise ship, so that we could identify him out of the crowd of waiting drivers! 4. Professional driver – friendly, well presented, and smooth, skilful driving – also, great local knowledge (he even picked us the perfect restaurant for our lunch stop!) The overall cost was perhaps a little high, though – we would consider using them again, so maybe they could offer a discount for returning customers? 😊”
