The Artesana Winery sits in an ideal location, where ocean breezes and drained soil simulate the environment of France’s Bordeaux region. This boutique winery specializes in Tannat blends and Zinfandel, and is the only producer of this variety in the entire country. Artesana is also the only American-owned winery in Uruguay, and is partnered with two Uruguayan women, who have received awards for their wine making. Enjoy lunch and wine tastings on their spacious outdoor patio, where you can gaze upon the vineyard and enjoy the sun, perfect for a relaxing afternoon!
