Savor excellent food and wine at the small, family-run winery.
Bodega La Azul’s roots in the Uco Valley date back over 60 years, when Francisco Hinojosa first began cultivating his vineyard. When he grew too old to work, he divided the land into color-coded lots to pass on to his children. His daughter Shirley received the blue (azul in Spanish), thus the name. Shirley and her children still run the bodega, creating not just great wines, but a lunch experience that’s boutique, rustic, and artisanal artisanal all at once. Walk the vineyards before sitting down to a 5 course meal (with wine pairings) of refined Argentinian staples. Make your reservations in advance at bodegalaazul.com
