About 90km south of Brisbane lies Burleigh Head National Park, a 27 hectare stretch of rainforest that goes right up to the ocean. Apart from the breathtaking views from Oceanview walk and Rainforest Circuit, you can possibly encounter Australia's unique wildlife in their natural habitat. It takes about an hour to do both routes, and Oceanview trail is even wheelchair accessible! While you're there you can take the stairway to Echo Beach and go for a swim. A must see!
