Relive the death-defying antics of America’s most legendary stuntman at the Evel Knievel Museum. You’ll find the world’s largest collection of Knievel memorabilia, including his iconic red, white, and blue jumpsuits and motorcycles, and the rocket he tried to jump over the Snake River Canyon in. You can even look inside “Big Red”, his famous Mac truck that doubled as his living quarters as he toured the country. While Knievel managed to defy death, he didn’t always walk away from his stunts unscathed, as the very battered helmets on display can attest. Alongside the many mementos, there are a number of experiential exhibits that are equally fascinating. Try to figure out the physics of jumps, see how engines work, or experience the thrill of being a stuntman for yourself with a virtual reality jump!
