Just outside of Fort Lauderdale, the Everglades Alligator Farm sits near the entrance to the Everglades National Park. The region's oldest alligator farm is home to some 2,000 of these living dinosaurs, not to mention other crocodilians, snakes, and lizards. Come face to face with these amazing animals as you learn about their importance in the ecosystem, their way of life, and what you can do to help conserve through a number of educational shows, and feedings. There are also hands on activities that let you hold baby gators and feed the hungry masses.
