The Falling Edge Water Falls are still relatively unknown despite being only 30 minutes from Kingston. After paying the entrance fee (not included in the stop price), follow the dirt trail through the encroaching greenery for about 20 minutes, listening to birdsong give way to the rush of the 40-foot cascade plummeting into a pool of refreshing mountain water. If you visit on a weekday, you’ll likely have this little piece of paradise to yourself. Please note: there’s no amenities, so be sure to bring water, and proper walking shoes are recommended.
