Let your imagination fly at the world’s largest private aircraft collection.
Fantasy of Flight was founded by Kermit Weeks, who has managed to amass a collection of over 100 aircraft - that’s more planes than the Cuban Air Force! The aircraft air largely from the 1950s and earlier, covering everything from early biplanes, to the iconic B-29 Superfortress, with a healthy side serving of parts and engines. There are also immersive displays, letting you walk through the interior of a World War II-era Douglas C-47 Skytrain in mid-paratrooper operations, or step onto the airfield as a B-17 preps for battle. What sets the Fantasy of Flight apart from nearly every other aviation museum is that most of the craft are still operational, so they offer daily flight shows with a Q&A afterwards!
