The Hutsadin Elephant Foundation provides a safe home for rescued elephants who were abandoned by their owners for being too old or sick to work. This non-profit organization is different from most elephant experiences in that they work hard to educate people about elephant cruelty while still providing an up-close and personal experience. Visitors can opt to feed an elephant fruit while learning about them from a friendly guide, walk alongside them and then help wash them down, or even go on a ride - without the heavy metal cage!
