Their vineyards sprawl across the country's mountains, stretching from Batroun to Jezzine, resting on clay-calcareous and limestone soils. The winemaking process unfolds in a vineyard situated atop Batroun's hills, where a 17th-century traditional Lebanese house oversees a modern winery rooted in sustainability. Recognized globally for its eco-friendly initiatives, CNN hailed IXSIR as one of the world's greenest buildings. Founded in 2008, Ixsir has become a prominent player in Lebanon's wine industry.
