The sea at Jurien Bay is first rate; calm waters sheltered by a string of islands and reefs, making this the ideal place for snorkeling and diving. Colourful sponges and coral gardens await the ocean adventurer, and for those who wish to dive a little deeper underwater caves are begging to be explored. This sunny and relaxed town is blessed with long sandy beaches; with only a little bit of fortune you can find one of the rarest sea lions in the world, the Australian, lounging by the sea. Fishing charters can be joined to see sea lions, dolphins, and humpback whales up close. If you’re feeling seriously adventurous you view the whole scene from above by the multi award-winning skydive team and arrive at the beach by a wholly different method. Be sure to spend a little time lounging on the curved Jurien Bay Jetty, gazing into the turquoise blue sea.
