This unique property is covered in pebbles and filled with hand-made stone carvings.
Kamay Na Bato was built in 2000 as a rest house by a doctor couple. The Korean national and artist, Mr. Vong Kim, built the house up using pebbles from the nearby beach, and he’s also responsible for the many stone carvings and wooden sculptures that decorate the grounds. When the local government hear about the unique home, they encourage the owners to open it to visitors, and now this live-in art gallery is one of the most popular attractions in the region. After admiring the house’s artwork, many visitors like to step through the stone gate to do some pebble hunting of their own on the beach known as “The Pebble Capital of the North”.
