While Vietnam is blessed with many great beaches it doesn’t get much better than Lang Co. The beautiful sandy beach stretches for 10km on the eastern side of a narrow strip of land, while the other side has a beautiful lagoon overlooked by green mountains. Unlike other beach resorts, Lang Co is relatively empty, especially during the week, and unsightly resort complexes are few and far between. For over a decade Lang Co has been recognised as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and for good reason. Not only are the sands worth coming for but the seafood here is to die for, with so many quality restaurants selling such delicacies as grilled oyster, steamed king crab, grilled lobster, boiled squid, and even snails, all at perfectly reasonable prices.
