Lipa Cave

Beginning near the village of Lipa stretching into the mountains by the Adriatic Sea, this natural wonder contains 2.5km of halls and passages, and is rich in stalactites, stalagmites and stalagnites. The required guides preserve cave formations, and tell visitors about the cave and its history, such as how Austrian soldiers in the early 20th century widened the entrance to gain access to drinking water. For more adventurous guests, the Extreme Tour takes visitors deep into the cave network, and allows you to explore every single hidden nook and cranny, ornament and lake.
