Mayfield Falls is one of the hidden gems in Western Jamaica for nature lovers. Surrounded by lush mountains, 21 small cascades, pools, and even some underwater caves are spread through the jungle. The famous “Washing Machine” is the perfect place to cool off with a natural back massage after the hour-long river walk to the cascades. When you’re done, head back to the visitor’s center for a lunch of Jamaican staples like goat or red snapper. Please note: the entry fee (adults $20, children $12) is not included in the stop price.
