Puerto Rico
Let your little ones get some hands-on learning in disciplines ranging from art to physics at Puerto Rico's only dedicated children's museum.
Opened in 2011, the Museo del Niño de Carolina is filled with exhibits designed to motivate children and teenagers to explore topics they’ve learned about in school, but in a more interactive environment. The 103 exhibits cover topics ranging from alternative energy, physics, ecology, and even transportation and construction to foster interest in the trades as a possible future career choice. And there’s plenty to see outside too (weather permitting), like a plane donated by American Airlines, a go-kart track, mini zoo, and even a small ferry making "Jungle Trips" across the Blasina Lake.
